Please share! Registration for the International Martial Arts Hall of Fame on 16 May 2020 in Tiel the Netherlands is now open for Proposing a Martial artist who means something special or has meant something in the Martial arts.
A total of only 80 martial artists from around the world can be nominated every two years.

Award Criteria for Induction into the IMA- Hall of Fame Criteria, Important! The Board will decide whether they get nominated! Candidates for induction may be nominated or recommended by anyone. All applications will be formally reviewed and submitted to the International Martial Arts Hall of Fame nomination committee. You must be approved for induction by one or more committee members 1. • A recipient of the IMA-Hall of Fame Award must have made a significant contribution to the martial arts way. As an example of these significant contributions: 2. • Creating world class students (teachers / champions). 3. • Winning several National or International titles or championships for a country 4. • Held long running tournaments or public exhibitions. 5. • Must also have the true spirit of a martial artist and be of good character that represents a strong role model to those who are coming after.

Legende, Kaicho Jon Blumming is helaas op 17 december op 85 jarige leeftijd overleden. Een groot verlies! Was een grote eer voor ons (de International Martial Arts Hall of Fame), zo'n grootheid in de Martial Arts op 7 april 2018 nog te mogen eren! Veel sterkte voor de familie, budo vrienden en alle andere betrokkenen. Wij zullen u missen, maar niet vergeten! Respect Osu!
